This workshop will focus on flexibility and strength to get comfortable in an

aerodynamic triathlon bike position. We will use yoga poses and mobility work to

increase range of motion in the hamstrings, hips, and back. We will use yoga

poses and simple weight training to strengthen the core to allow the body to stay in

the aero position for extended periods of time. In the first portion of the workshop we will review

a few pro rider positions and some typical faults seen in age group athletes. We will also discuss

how aerodynamics drive the position and how  to do a basic fit using a trainer and a video

camera.
