Come join us for an evening discussing how to make the most of your winter swim training. We will cover topics including how to write a workout, key weekly workouts and focus points, and how you can break through a swim plateau. The session will end with a stroke analysis of your teammates’ swim strokes and a question and answer session. At the end of this discussion we hope you walk away feeling empowered to write your own workouts and with the focal points necessary for you to have the best season yet.

Craig Lewin has been coaching Endurance Swimming for 10 years. He has a BA in Economics & Sociology from Boston College, a BS in Sports Movement Science from Salem State College, and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University. He swam for the Boston College Division 1 Swim Team. He has since competed in multiple 25km swims. In addition to swimming, Craig has competed in triathlons and qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in 2008. He has worked with swimmers of all levels and different goals, ranging from those afraid of the water through professional triathletes and marathon swimmers. He is currently training for a Catalina Channel crossing attempt this July.
