Customized Coaching and Training plans are for athletes that need direction and coaching guidance to help meet their fitness and racing goals. Plans are designed to provide purpose, structure and motivation with specific daily workouts. Using a periodized approach and science-based methods athletes are able to maximize their performance potential.
Breakaway coaches create your customized plan and deliver them through *TrainingPeaks , a web and mobile platform that allows us to maintain strong communications as well as deliver, track and analyze training all in one.

Consults are 1 hour of one-on-one time with experienced coaches. We will discuss health, nutrition, previous event performances, current fitness, and upcoming events and goals. Coaches will guide your development of a training schedule to fit your lifestyle in order to efficiently reach your personal fitness and performance goals.
Breakaway Coaching Packages are designed for athletes focused on achieving specific fitness and/or racing goals. The packages are a cost-effective way to receive maximum coaching services, as well as utilize the benefits of coached computraining and strength training. The combination of scheduled assessments and progress evaluations along with the variety of coached workouts and computraining rides provides the athlete with a program that assures success. Minimum 6 month commitment required.
