Team Breakaway will provide a dynamic and comprehensive training program that will give you face-to-face interaction with coaches and other athletes.
We will push & encourage one another to work towards our goals and objectives while having fun at the same time!
Group workout sessions and structured training will foster motivation, accountability, and camaraderie for your upcoming season.
This program is designed to benefit athletes of all abilities and fitness levels. We only ask that you are determined, motivated and positive!
Team Members Receive:
- Weekly emails with workout descriptions
- 2 Cycling workouts per week
- Tuesday Outdoor Time Trial 5:45 pm
- Thursday Outdoor Coached Ride, choose either 9:30 am or 6:00 pm
- 1 coached Open Water Swim
- 2 Group Open Water Swims per week
- Monday 6:00 am
- Friday 5:30 pm
- 1 Group pool swim workout per week, Wednesday 6:00 am or on your own
- 2 Run Workouts per week
- Group Track, Tuesday 7am or complete on your own
- Tempo run complete on your own
- 2 Coached strength workouts per week choose from
- Monday 6:30 pm

- Complete Swim, Bike & Run assessments every 6 weeks
